WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PORTABLE/ESCAPE GAME?
So glad you asked! Instead of having a permanent location, we have opted to change things up a bit. Our permanent location will open in June 2023. We will still have the mobile options! Check our Mobile Games page to see what themes we have available or if we have a special event going on where we have open games. All mobile games (inside the mobile unit) are 60-minute games with a maximum of eight (8) players at a time. Pretty cool, right? The fun part is - we bring the party to you. Sitting at home, hanging out and want to do something fun? Book our mobile game, we drive over to YOUR house and you and your friends hop on in the game for play. Once it's over, you return to your party and we get out of your way. Super awesome!

WHAT IS AN ESCAPE GAME? ARE WE REALLY LOCKED IN?
Escape games are a fun, interactive group activity where players seek clues and solve puzzles in order to escape. Our games are mission-based meaning your group has an objective to complete rather than escaping a room. (we are mobile, according to the State Of Idaho we can't lock you in our motorhome or anything we can drive away in, they have no sense of humor about it at all. We just don't get it)
ARE YOUR GAMES SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes and no. We encourage children ages 10 and older to participate, however they will still need the assistance and company of a playing adult. Our games have a lot of props and small pieces and are not suitable for little ones.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost of our games vary per game. There is no discount for ages. Please see our mobile game page and mega game page for pricing or a custom quote can be provided. We offer a 10% discount for our police, firefighter, first responder, healthcare and military families. You are taking care of us so we want to take care of you. Thank you. (please note this discount only applies to private bookings)
DO I HAVE TO PAY ONLINE?
When booking a mobile or mega game once arrangements have been established, we will invoice you for your game giving you the option to pay by card or check. If you wish to pay cash, you must make arrangements to pay BEFORE your event. ALL EVENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SECURE YOUR DATE AND BOOKING.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All games are non-refundable, HOWEVER, games that are cancelled with at least 48-hours notice can be rescheduled and must be used within 90-days of the original game. Cancellations with less than 48-hours will not be refunded unless emergency situations caused the cancellation. We are human, we understand.
WE ARE HAVING A PRIVATE PARTY, CAN WE HAVE 15 PEOPLE IN THE MOBILE UNIT?
Sorry, but no. The max playing occupancy inside the mobile unit is 8 adults at a time. The unit is not huge and for safety sake, we ask that you keep the groups to 8 people or less. This is also for game play. If you have too many people trying to play the game, it tends to not be as fun. As always, when you call to book your game just talk with us. We will ask all sorts of questions (most pertain to the party) and it is always our goal to help you have the best party ever!
