A SECRET SOCIETY HAS BEEN FORMED...…ARE YOU IN?
It's 1880 and Averjean Hollow is a retired civil war nurse who has formed a secret society of nurses that are dedicated to creating a new army of protectors for the small western towns savagely torn apart by the chaos of the Wild West. They are known as "Society 13" and now they are under attack from those who wish to stop them and steal their fortune.

The society has taken an oath to protect their information and their fortune...an oath of death. A notorious outlaw gang has struck and Averjean has gone missing. A single note nailed to her front door gave a warning of more to come, more nurses will follow. You must find the clues left behind and decipher the messages as we receive them to find Averjean and the missing nurses. You must band together to save these women and save the sacred town of Grave Hollow. Their future is in your hands.

HOW WILL THIS WORK?
This game will take 13 months to complete and will end with a final game on December 13, 2023. Each month you must purchase your "membership" to play the game and earn your key. You can have as many people on your membership as you like; HOWEVER, at the final event (12/13/23), you will only receive two (2) passes for the event. In order to participate in the final event (12/13/23) you must have completed and earned all twelve (12) of the keys.
You will not be allowed to compete without your twelve keys.

Each month on the 13th a new membership button will be added to our booking system. You will purchase your membership and be emailed the digital game for the month. Each month will be a different game and every month your digital game will take you somewhere in the Magic Valley to find a secret box. Armed with the code that you have deciphered you will locate this box to open and get your final instructions. Following the instructions, you will then earn your "key". Please note - every membership will be given a different "key". You cannot share with other members, your key is specific to your membership and you must have all twelve to play the 13th game.

WHAT IF I DON'T JOIN UNTIL LATER IN THE YEAR?
That is no problem! You can purchase previous memberships throughout the year to earn your keys. No early memberships will be available and November 2023 will be the last chance to purchase memberships before the game is closed.

HOW MUCH IS EACH MEMBERSHIP?
Monthly memberships are $50 + tax & credit card fee.
Annual memberships are $585 + tax & credit card fee (10% savings)

WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL ABOUT THE 13TH GAME?
On December 13, 2023 the 13th game will take place live at an event just for you. Your membership has given you two (2) passes to this event (total for the year, not each month). At this live event you will then compete with other Society 13 members to solve the final game and win $1,300 cash. This will be a night of game play, costumes, food, music and the end of a year-long adventure. You will need your twelve (12) keys to help solve the 13th game. It's kind of a big deal.
IS THIS FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Yes it is! We encourage families and friends to get together to play this game. The night of the event, we do ask that all participants be thirteen (13) years or older (see what we did there?)
WHEN DOES THIS START?
Memberships for December 2022 can be purchased now however the first clues will not be revealed until December 13, 2022. You will receive an email on December 13, 2022 with your first digital game. All games will be print-outs for you to play. You may use all tools available to you, i.e. Google, maps, calculators, Wikipedia, your neighbor, my neighbor. Whatever you got, use it.

Each month THE FIRST group to find the hidden box will win a "free clue" chip for the following month. Although we don't give out clues often, we are always here to GUIDE you if you get stuck! It's ALL about the FUN!

**Please Note** The Escapuary reserves the right to revoke ANY membership where members act unruly, rude or cause damage or violent acts at any of the participating companies during this game. All members are required to sign in at the secured box location.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in The Escapuary game "Society 13" (hereinafter the "Activity"); and
IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Activity and being given the right to participate in same;
I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, "Releasor," "I" or "me", which term shall also include Releasor's parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowlingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and
I HEREBY release and discharge THE ESCAPUARY, located at 3659 North 3450 E, Kimberly Idaho 83341, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity.
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS' NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE ACTIVITY AS WELL AS DURING THE ACTIVITY, OR FROM CONDITIONS AT THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY.
I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or othewise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that Releasees are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Releasees. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I authorize The Escapuary to provide all emergency medical care deemed necessary, including but not limited to, first aid, CPR, the use of AED's, emergency medical transport, and sharing of medical information with medical personnel. I further agree to assume all costs involved and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. I agree not to participate in the Activity unless I am medically able and properly trained, and I agree to abide by the decision of The Escapuary official or agent, regarding my approval to participate in the Activity.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE ESCAPUARY AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE ESCAPUARY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
To the extent that the statute or case law does not prohibit releases for ordinary negligence, this release is also for such negligence on the part of The Escapuary, its agents and employees.
I agree that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by Idaho law, without any regard to any conflict of law principles. This Release supersedes and and all previous oral or written promises or other agreements.
In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my or my family's or agent's willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any such actions of neglect and recklessness.
THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, DURING THIS INITIAL AND ALL SUBSEQUENT EVENTS OF PARTICIPATION.
THIS AGREEMENT was entered in to at arm's length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength. Both Participant and The Escapuary agree that this agreement is clear and unambiguous as to its terms, and that no other evidence shall be used or admitted to alter or explain the terms of this agreement, but that is will be interpreted based on the language in accordance with the purposes for which it is entered into.
In the event that any provision contained within this Release of Liability shall be deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition phrase or portion of this agreement shall be determined to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, but that by limiting said provision it would become valid and enforceable, then said provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and enforced as so limited.
I, THE PURCHASING PARTICIPANT, AFFIRM THAT I AM OF THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND THAT I AM FREELY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT AND THAT THIS RELEASE CANNOT BE MODIFIED ORALLY. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT THAT I AM AGREEING TO OF MY OWN FREE WILL. AS AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 18 I AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS FOR ANY PARTICIPANTS UNDER MY MEMBERSHIP UNDER THE AGE OF 18. ALL PLAYERS ARE SUBJECT AND BOUND BY THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER.
